These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made by Maison Halleux SRL to professional customers.
Our B2B webshop is exclusively intended for businesses, retailers, resellers, distributors and wholesalers purchasing goods as part of their professional activity.
Placing an order constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope – Professional sales only
These Terms and Conditions apply to sales by Maison Halleux SRL to professional B2B customers.
Maison Halleux SRL reserves the right to verify the applicant's professional activity before granting access to B2B prices.
Registration may be refused when the declared activity does not correspond to a professional resale activity.
3. B2B webshop registration
Belgium and Europe: A valid intra-Community VAT number is required.
France: An intra-Community VAT number or SIRET number may be accepted for self-employed businesses genuinely engaged in professional resale.
Outside Europe: Applicants must conduct a professional retail, resale, distribution or wholesale activity.
Maison Halleux SRL may request official documents proving the existence and activity of the business.
4. Access to professional prices
B2B prices are only accessible to customers whose professional account has been approved.
New registrations are generally reviewed within 24 to 48 working hours.
Prices displayed in the professional area are in euros and, unless otherwise stated, exclude VAT.
5. Minimum order value
Current minimum order values are:
- Belgium and Europe: €500 excluding VAT
- Outside Europe & French overseas territories: €1,500 excluding VAT
The minimum order may consist of different products available from our professional webshop, subject to specific minimum quantities and packaging requirements.
6. Packaging and minimum quantities
Certain products are subject to minimum quantities or packaging requirements.
Novena candles: Novena candles are sold, depending on the reference, in boxes of 20 units.
Specific minimum quantities may apply to particular colours, images, manufacturing or personalisation.
7. Products
Maison Halleux SRL makes every effort to present its products as accurately as possible.
Photographs, colours and representations are primarily illustrative. Minor differences may exist between the on-screen representation and the delivered product.
Handmade items, natural stones, wooden products, hand-painted items and personalised products may naturally show slight variations in colour, shape or finish.
8. Product availability
Stock levels change daily.
Issuing or accepting a quotation does not necessarily mean that all goods are physically reserved for the entire validity period of the quotation.
Final availability is checked when the order is processed.
9. Quotation and ordering procedure
- The customer selects the required goods, respecting minimum quantities and packaging requirements.
- The customer submits a quotation or order request.
- Maison Halleux SRL checks the goods, quantities and availability.
- Shipping costs are calculated according to the order and destination.
- A final quotation is sent to the customer.
- Once accepted, payment is made according to the specified terms.
- Preparation and dispatch take place after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Maison Halleux SRL reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of previous disputes, unpaid invoices, incorrect professional information or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. Quotation validity – 30 days
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 30 days from their date of issue.
The customer therefore has 30 days to accept the quotation and make payment.
If payment is not received within this period, the quotation is automatically cancelled.
A subsequent request will require a new or renewed quotation. Prices, stock, availability and shipping costs may then be recalculated.
Important: The 30-day validity of the quotation does not constitute a 30-day payment term after delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods are paid for before preparation and dispatch.
11. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Maison Halleux SRL, professional orders must be paid before preparation and dispatch.
Payment is made in particular by bank transfer, quoting the quotation or order reference.
12. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros.
Professional prices are stated excluding VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping, special packaging, pallets, personalisation and other specific services may be invoiced separately.
13. Shipping and delivery
Maison Halleux SRL ships throughout Belgium, Europe and worldwide.
Orders may be shipped by parcel, pallet or any other suitable means of transport.
Shipping costs are determined according to weight, volume, number of parcels or pallets, destination, postcode, accessibility and any special delivery requirements.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination.
14. Free shipping – Mainland France
For professional customers delivered in mainland France, free shipping may be granted for orders of €5,000 excluding VAT or more.
Free shipping is subject to prior approval by Maison Halleux SRL.
The exact destination, accessibility, weight, volume, number of parcels or pallets, actual shipping costs and special delivery requirements will be taken into consideration.
Islands, mountainous areas, difficult-to-access locations and deliveries generating exceptional additional costs may be excluded or require a contribution towards shipping costs.
Even when the €5,000 excluding VAT threshold is reached, free shipping is not automatic. It must be expressly confirmed by Maison Halleux SRL on the quotation or order confirmation.
15. Collection by the customer's carrier
Customers may arrange for their own carrier to collect the goods.
Collection must be agreed with our logistics department and may only take place once the order is ready.

16. Receipt and inspection of goods
Professional customers must inspect parcels and goods upon delivery.
Any damaged parcel or pallet, missing product or visible damage must be reported to the carrier with appropriate and precise reservations, and Maison Halleux SRL must be informed as soon as possible.
We recommend keeping the packaging and taking photographs immediately.
17. Claims – Defective or non-conforming products
In the event of a picking error, defective product or goods not corresponding to the order, the customer must contact Maison Halleux SRL in writing and provide the order reference, product reference, quantity concerned, nature of the problem and, where appropriate, photographs.
No goods may be returned without prior approval from Maison Halleux SRL.
Following examination of the claim, replacement, credit, refund or another appropriate solution may be offered in accordance with applicable obligations.
18. Returns between businesses
Sales made through this webshop are business-to-business (B2B) sales.
Any return accepted by Maison Halleux SRL must concern new, unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging, except in the case of a justified claim concerning a defect or non-conformity.
Custom-made, personalised, printed or made-to-order products cannot generally be returned except in the event of a defect or error attributable to Maison Halleux SRL, subject to mandatory applicable legislation.
19. Manufacturing & Personalisation
Maison Halleux SRL offers the manufacture and personalisation of selected religious items, candles and other products for professional customers.
Minimum quantities may apply depending on the product, colour, image, printing, packaging or type of personalisation.
Where customers provide an image, logo, text or other content for reproduction, they are responsible for ensuring that they hold the necessary rights to use and reproduce it.
20. Force majeure
Maison Halleux SRL shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform all or part of its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
21. Warranty
Products benefit from the statutory warranties applicable to the relevant sale.
Any claim must include sufficient information to identify the order and product concerned.
22. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, graphics, creations, product descriptions and other content belonging to Maison Halleux SRL are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Unauthorised reproduction, use, modification or distribution is prohibited without prior written permission.
23. Personal data & Confidentiality
Maison Halleux SRL processes data necessary for its commercial relationships, including account management, quotations, orders, invoices, deliveries, after-sales service, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.
24. Complaints and amicable settlement
In the event of a difficulty, customers are invited to contact Maison Halleux SRL first in order to seek an amicable solution.

25. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions relate to a company established in Belgium.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to the relevant business relationship and any conditions expressly agreed between the parties.
26. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions
Maison Halleux SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in its business, services or applicable regulations.
The conditions applicable to an order are those in force when the order is confirmed.
